Click & Collect Process

  • Step 1 - Select your product from our online store ensuring it is 'in stock'
  • Step 2 - Continue to checkout and select the store you wish to collect from
  • Step 3 - We will call you on the number you provide during the purchase and confirm the stock is ready for collection
  • Step 4 - Collect from store. When collecting from the store we need to see your 9-digit order number, and proof of ID. This can be the payment card you used for the order, or a current photo driver's licence or passport

How will I know when my Click & collect order is ready?

Once you have placed your order a member of our team will contact you to confirm your order is available for collection at your chosen store. Our store opening times can be found here.

What do I need to bring to collect my order?

When collecting from the store we need to see your 9-digit order number, and proof of ID. This can be: - the payment card you used for the order, or - a current photo driver's licence or passport We cannot release your order without seeing your ID

When can I collect?

Please do not come to the store until you have received confirmation your order is ready for collection. In the unlikely event that your product is missing or damaged you will be notified immediately and refunded. We will also advise you if we have an alternative model in stock.

What happens if I can't collect on the same day as my order?

Once we have contacted you to say your order is ready for collection, collection can be made at any time during showroom opening hours which can be found on the Contact Us page. If you would like us to change your click&collect order to delivery please let us know. Delivery is only available to the delivery area defined in our Delivery information page. We can also offer a unique buy&store option where your goods can be held for up to 12 months free of charge in our secure warehouse. Please see out T&C pages for full details.

What happens if I change my mind and would like delivery of my purchase?

If you change your mind and would like you order delivered, no problem! Providing you live within our delivery radius (delivery information link). We can book your delivery for the next available slot. Please email or call the store with your order number and a member of the team will be happy to organise this for you.
