On the day of delivery, please ensure that the route to the delivery point is clear of breakable ornaments and obstructions (e.g table, shoes and coat racks)
If you have any flooring that could scratch or tear easily please cover prior to our arrival

Please note that we do not accept responsibility for damage to the appliance and/or your property if the appliance has to be unpackaged to deliver it to the required location. If there is a reasonably high risk of causing damage to property and/or the product(s), our delivery team may decline to proceed without the following disclaimer being agreed to:
