How to Claim

Cashback is available via bank transfer or a cheque which will be delivered to the address provided on the claim form (Please note a bank transfer is only available for online claims)
The Promotion, which starts on 12.06.2019 and runs until 30.07.2019, only applies to purchases made on or between these dates. Claims must be received by the Promoter before Midnight on 01.09.19 and the Promoter will not accept any claims received subsequently.
In order to claim the cashback / gift the consumer will need the following:
- Invoice / Sales Receipt
- Model Number
- E-Nr (model) number (found on the appliance)
- Full address
- Email address
- Dealer or retailer information
- A copy of the original purchase receipt / invoice. To avoid any doubt or confusion, copies of deposit receipts and / or order confirmations will not be accepted.

Alternatively complete a postal claim form and post it together with a copy of your receipt to:

Purchasers can call the helpline 01565 656 608 for assistance between 9.00am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday; however, claims cannot be submitted by telephone. (Local rate number, please check with your telephone provider for exact call costs and we may record and monitor calls).
Claims will only be paid upon receipt of a valid purchase receipt. You will need to pay postage for sending the purchase receipt to us. For the avoidance of doubt, copies of deposit receipts and/or order confirmations will not be accepted.
